    Cool Eye sight

    Can anyone tell me what the vision requirements are for being an Air Force Firefighter?

    ...check out NFPA 1582, Standard for Medical Requirements for Firefighters. According to the Air Force "Without history of corneal refractive surgery, which does not correct to 20/40 in the better eye is disqualifying. Or with history of corneal refractive surgery, which does not correct to 20/20 in each eye is disqualifying."
