Does anyone have any idea as to what this means (in relation to the testing process)? I have been through many testings, but have never heard of this before. Any info....

Sorry, didn't specify that info.
It is for either FF/EMT or FF/Medic.

Are you already certified? If you are and you're a medic then I'm sure you know what the megacode is. If you are an EMT then it is basically a complex scenario where the pt just keeps getting worse and usually goes thru like 4 lethal dysrhythmias(you don't have to worry about that). The mega codes for EMT's are usually One medical like a drowning, OD, or choking; and one trauma like a kid gets hit a dragged by a bus, a pregnant lady falls down the stairs...you get the drift. If this is an entry level test and you don't have your EMT then I don't think they should be testing you on megacodes. But thats what a megacode test is, just a really complex scenario test. I've never heard the term anywhere else. Hope that helps, good luck.

Thanks for the info.
The papers came to me with "megacode" misspelled "meagcode". Not that I would know what is is anyway, but it might have made more sense.
