You just need to document what past awards you have received. Perhaps one of the peer reviewers can elaborate more, but I don't think it has much of an impact on your current application unless you are writing to enhance a previous project. Moreso a tech review issue. (Status of old grants)

No one that I know reads the whole thing, they just want to know what you've been funded for in the past for what Sly said, expansion of existing project. Tech review uses that to make sure that people aren't asking for what they already got once.
