In short, I'm trying to gather information and resources to back my paper's topic, which is in short the influence of increasing regulations on the volunteer fire administator.

In my small department I am constantly learning of one more thing we need to have mandatory for all members. It's getting to be like a full time job and none of our membership or brass is paid. I'm lucky to have a flexible full time job.

So I'm looking for resources, numbers, links, experience or other information that could lend to this topic. It is a research paper so even though I could write my first hand all day, I need other resources
