CAFS Engine Grant

Does anyone out there have a winning narrative or a good narative for a custom cab (spartan,pierce,etc.) CAFS engine. Also when applying for the engine, did you include all of the equipment to bring the engine online or did you use in house funds or shift equipment from replacement apparatus? Getting down to the wire on this and the only thing I have to compare it to is a grant for a brush truck from 2004.
