Traverse City, Michigan-Full time FF/Paramedic

Traverse City Fire Department is now hiring!
The Office of the City Clerk is recruiting candidates for the establishment of an Eligibility List
for Fire Fighter (24-hour shifts). This Eligibility List will be good for two years or until
depleted. It is anticipated that there will be four or more openings during the lifetime of this list.
Wage scale: $36,807.68 - $41,932.80, with excellent fringe benefits. Wages may be greater as a
collective bargaining agreement is currently being negotiated. Candidates must have a Michigan
Paramedic License and Fire Fighter I and Fire Fighter II Certification. To view the position
prospectus, visit http://www.ci.traverse-city.mi.us/fire/prospectus.pdf.
To be considered for this outstanding career opportunity, complete an application which is

Clerk at (231) 922-4480 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Applications must be received by
the Office of the City Clerk no later than April 25, 2008, at 5:00 p.m.
