    Question Hello from Vermonts northeast corner !

    Just wanted to say hello to all. This is the first time in the Members Zone online for me, long time subscriber to the magazine though. Looking for some information from any and all of you out there. I am a Lieutenant on the Beecher Falls Vol Fire Dept in Beecher Falls, VT. Our Department covers 13 communities, approx. 500 +/- sq miles in 2 states and 2 countries. We believe we are the only Interstate and International Department east of the Mississippi River. Can anyone tell me if this is correct ? Thanks and I look forward to the forums, Perry - Lieut.

    Hey Man how goes it in vermont. I started my career in the fire service in Vermont now im here on the west coast working for a small city a little smaller than Montpelier in Oregon! How many calls you guys get in you district?????

    We run around 300 (last year was low at 280 something), no EMS.
