If so ...... What I need to know (And I'm sure I speak for most people on list 6019) Is anybody, currently getting there a** kicked at probie school? I'm sure it's kinda tuff but I wan't to hear some details from somebody that did it recently (from the last list/test ) or somebody that's doing it now.

I didn't mean it in a harsh way.... Sorry about that dude. I just keep hearing how tuff this thing ( da rock ) is gonna be .... I'm in ok shape, I could take my shirt off on the beach, But I heard it's tuff.

No offense taken, bro. Well, I am not sure about FDNY's Rookie School, but if you are in decent shape, you are well ahead of the game. I went through the military's DOD Fire Academy in 2005 for the Air Force, and believe me, when you are in excellent shape, it not only makes a world of difference for your body, but for your mind and will power. Everybody has the same fears of entering Rookie School (damn straight I did), but if you know in your heart that you want it more than anything, you will get through with flying colors!

I am feeling the way you feel again! I, myself am gonna apply to DCFD in June, so those feelings will start all over again (hopefuly)!

BigBruno...nothing like a little firefighter PT at Goodfellow. I was hurting when I did it. Passed everything 1st time up and survived on ICYHOT and Motrin. Good Times. What class were you. I was at Goodfellow from Jul05-Oct05.
