    Default Cost per unit?

While completing my application for Technical Rescue Equipment, I reached the portion where it asks the number of units and cost per unit. Do I put it in as one unit or do I add the total number of components in the request and use that as the number of units?

I asked the help desk that question, and they said that it was one unit.
