    Default Milford swim

Can anyone help me out? Curious as to what kind of swim they are expecting with a "survival swim". I am assuming a front crawl type swim?

If you're a good swimmer, it shouldn't be too hard. I think it's 100 yds, i believe that's 4 laps. Then tread water for 5 minutes. Just stay focused and calm. If you're not a decent swimmer, hit the pool at the local ymca, swim and tread water every day.
