Our dept. provides both fire and rescue services as well as emergency medical first response to areas where EMS response times are delayed due to access propblems and distance. we currently have 93 personnel on our roster of whom around half are rated at either the First Responder, EMT or Paramedic level. Our technical team is voluntary within the department and is composed of divers, high angle rescue and swift water rescue personnel. Our members recieve fire training through the Tennessee State fire school.
