McMahan Fire Protection District serves a Community of approximately 25,000 people, within a 6 square mile area. It was established in 1955. The Fire District is made up of 8 full-time career Fire-Fighters, 10 part-time career firefighters and 40 volunteer Fire-Fighters. Seven Fire-fighters live at the fire station dormitory. Apparatus include: 2004 Seagrave Meanstick 75' Aerial, 1994 Seagrave Squrt, 1987 Seagrave Squrt, 1994 Seagrave 100' Aerial and a 1987 Ford SuperVac Air & Light Unit
