Jefferson Park Fire Department proudly protects 6500 people living in an area of 22 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status.
Jefferson Park Fire Department is led into the mainstream of providing a high quality progressive fire service to the citizens of the Jefferson Park area by Fire Chief Phillip Morris. This is accomplished by a successful partnership with the Prince George County Board of Supervisors, the adjacent Prince George County Fire Chiefs, the membership, and it's association at Jefferson Park Fire Department and most importantly the citizens of Prince George County. Our agency is actively involved in gearing up for the provision of a water rescue team, and providing public safety and fire prevention education for all ages.
