Corsicana Emergency Corps

Corsicana Emergency Corps proudly protects All of Navarro County people living in an area of several hundred square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily commercial area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status.

The Corsicana Emergency Corps, under supervision of Chief James Sykes, is a Volunteer Organization that assists the Navarro Co. Sheriff, Corsicana P.D., Corsicana Fire Dept. and Navarro County V.F.D.'s in times of Disaster. The CEC has a pontoon boat and inboard boat with trailers to assist in drownings and water rescue, 1 suburban, 1 chief's car, 2-4 wheel drive units equiped with winches (for high water and flooded streets) ropes, chainsaws, cones for traffic control, 3-ATV off road units for missing person search, 1-trailer equiped with a generator for scene lighting, and other basic rescue tools.
