The Nolanville Volunteer Fire Department was established in 1961 to provide the City of Nolanville with fire suppression and emergency medical services on a volunteer, on call basis. Throughout the years, the Department has grown significantly, and we now serve over 8,000 people both within the city limits, and in our county fire district. We are currently the most active volunteer department in Bell County, with over 1000 runs every year. The department provides a full spectrum of emergency services to our district to include fire suppression, technical rescue, medical first responder, confined space rescue, vehicle accident extrication, and hazardous materials responses. We currently have a staff of 18 Volunteer Firefighters, most of them holding firefighter or Emergency Medical Technician licenses; with some of them holding both.
