Lockland Fire Department proudly protects 3600 people living in an area of One square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a combination of paid and volunteer status.
The Lockland Fire Department is a Municipal Department that provides Fire & EMS services to a community that is a Gateway to the city of Cincinnati, often referenced as "The Land Between the Lanes" due to Southbound Interstate-75 location, in once was part of the Erie Canal System. The Fire Department was established in 1894 as an all volunter department, it has transitioned into a combination department made up of Full-Time, Part-Time and Volunter (Paid per Call) Firefighters and EMT's.
