Beverly-Waterford Twp. Rescue Squad proudly protects 8500 people living in an area of 105 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status.
They followed their star across an ocean seeking religious and political freedom - they found it in Ohio on the banks of the Tuscarawas River. And so they became Separatists. The Society of Separatists of Zoar in the year, 1817. The Zoar Volunteer Fire Department proudly serves this historic community just as they've done for the last 150 years.
