Kent Freeman is a 30-year veteran of the fire service. He recently retired from Roseville, CA, Fire Department in the Sacramento Valley, where he served as the coordinator of technical rescue services. He served as the project leader for California State Fire Training Division’s Confined Space Rescue Technician program and served on the working group for the development of California State Fire Training Divisions Trench Rescue Technician program.
