Dr. Nancy Wesselink is the founder and chief consultant of One Source Counseling and Employee Assistance Services, which provides services to more than 4,000 employees in manufacturing, utility, government and corporate settings. She also provides consultation and behavioral health services to fire, EMS, 9-1-1 and police organizations. Wesselink received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Georgia and holds a doctorate in human services from Capella University. She is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Wesselink facilitated and participated in more than 100 Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) protocols and trainings and is a Peace Operations Specialized Training-certified general instructor. She is a designated Mental Health Professional on many CISM/peer support teams in Georgia.
