Frank Dellucky has been in the fire service for 40 years and currently serves as a training/safety officer with Livingston Parish Fire Protection District #4 in Walker, LA. He has numerous state-level certifications through the Louisiana Fire & Emergency Training Academy and multiple national certifications through the National Fire Academy. Dellucky has an associate degree in fire science and a bachelor’s degree in fire administration.
