Surrey, British Columbia has taken delivery of 3 - 2002 Spartan Gladiator/Smeal Quints. These units feature: a 1750 GPM pump, 500 Gallons of water 50 Gallons of A class Foam, and a 75' Aerial. The apparatus have been assigned as Quint 4 Quint 17 & Quint 18.
