Sutphen Engine
The Brentwood Fire Department took delivery of this new Sutphen Engine that in March. It was placed in service in April as our Engine Co. 4. It is a 2002 Sutphen custom 6 man cab. It was purchased for a new station in the city. It comes with a 750 gallon water tank, 30 gallon foam tank, Detroit Diesel powered with 485 Horsepower. The engine also features a Hale 1500 GPM pump with the new Detroit pressure governor system. This engine also was modified with a hydraulic ladder rack, a 2 1/2" pre-connected attack line, and automatic chains for inclement winter weather.
