Rocky Hill, Connecticut Firefighters Stomp House Fire

Rocky Hill Volunteer Fire Department

The report of a house fire was received by the Rocky Hill Volunteer Fire Department at 18:40 hours Sunday October 20, 2002.

Firefighters arriving at the scene found a fully involved, attached two car garage and quickly set up supression operations.

The fire was contained in approximately 15 minutes with minimum extension into the home.

There was extensive fire damage to the garage and three vehicles.

No injuries were reported and the cause has not been determined at this time.
