At 0630 During heavy fog conditions a man in a pickup truck had a seizure while traveling down the road. His truck left the roadway and hit a Semi in the rear.

The man was pinned for eight minutes. The generator in the back of his truck had caused the back of the cab to collapse and that, combined with the frontal impact, caused the pin in.

The patient survived but has extensive injuries including: a broken back, bruised heart and lungs, three rib fractures, ruptured spleen, and other internal injuries.
