PA Firefighters Battle RV Fire

Units from Franklin county PA Company 15 and Ambulance Company 11 (West Fire End & Rescue & Pleasant Hall Vol. Fire Dept.) Where dispatched to the 5100 Blk of Philadelphia Avenue for RV fire.

While units where in route, they advised of well involved RV.

Asst. Chief 15 requested one additional engine (Letter Kenny Federal Fire Dept.) to the fire.

Units arrived on scene to find RV park close to a two car garage with fire impinging on the garage.

Command 15 request one additional engine and truck to the scene (bringing Station 4 Franklin Rural Fire Company, and Cumberland County Truck 53 Cumberland Valley Truck Company) to the scene.

A crew from the first arriving engine made aggressive attack to keep the fire from entering into the garage.

Units were on scene for about 45 minutes.
