Want to see your organization profiled in Firehouse Focus? You don't have to be a fire department, just any organization (non-commercial) related to the emergency service from community groups to major departments, we hope to profile it all right here on Firehouse.Com. You are welcome to submit a complete profile, special story about something you've done lately, a major incident or just about anything. Items that may not fit in this section may be posted elsewhere on the site!

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 500 word profile about your organization, including name, location, members, brief overview, equipment (if applicable), and a complete story about your organization, event, etc.
• At least two photos (scanned at 72dpi, 400 pixels or less wide if submitting via e-mail) that relate to the story you are sending. Unfortunately we cannot except articles without text for this section. If you have a news item or related story, please submit it via email to news@firehouse.com.
• Stories should be either as text within the e-mail or as an attachment in a common format such as
• Firehouse.Com does not guarantee publication online due to the number of submissons expected. All submissions will be considered, however. Please only one submission per agency for "Firehouse Focus" in a six-month period.
• Include your name and contact information for verification purposes, as well as a statement affirming that the work is original and permission to reproduce. In some instances, a signed form may be required for photographs.
• Please attempt to edit your submissions best as possible. While the online editorial staff with spell-check and edit your submission (also for space reasons), incomplete articles will not be considered.
