Flint Hill Fire Dept. (Fort Mill, SC) has an immediate opening for a full time shift Firefighter position.
Minimum requirements are:
- NFPA Firefighter I Certification
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to successfully complete the following:
- Written Cognitive Skills Test
- Physical Agility Test
- Psychological Screening
- NFPA 1582 Physical Exam
- Criminal Background Check
- Drug Screening
Desired:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a firefighter
- NFPA FIrefighter II Certification
- SCFA EVDT (or equivalent) certification
- SCFA Pump Operations I (or equivalent) certification
- SCFA Pump Operations II (or equivalent) certification
- SCFA Aerial Operations (or equivalent) certification
- Ability to assume the role of fill-in shift supervisor
- Resident of SC or NC
