    Firefighters at a two-alarm house fire in Guilford were struck by lightning at the scene. All were transported to a local hospital. None of the injuries were thought to be life-threatening.

    An armed man attempted to hijack a Lincoln fire truck after crews responded to the scene of a crash he was involved in Wednesday afternoon, according to The Burlington Free Press.Crews responded to the one-vehicle crash shortly before 3 p.m. on Ripton Road.Police later found that the driver, Michael Frnolo, had been driving the 1989 Toyota 4Runner at the time of the crash and fled on foot while his two passengers remained at the scene.
