- Indiana Urban Search and Rescue (IUSAR) is a privately funded, not-for-profit, organization
IUSAR is an asset-based organization working in cooperation with emergency management agencies, search and rescue teams, law enforcement agencies and fire departments to provide rescue operations on a day-to-day, and incident-by-incident basis. Our members come from Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan and Ohio.

- Since 1994, KSARDA provides volunteer K-9 Search Teams and Foot Searchers across the State of Kansas to assist Law Enforcement or Fire/Rescue Personnel in locating lost or missing individuals in the following areas: Wilderness, Water, Land Cadaver, Disaster/Collapsed Structure, and Tracking/Trailing.

- Official site of the Madison Cty. Rescue Squad-an organization providing vehicle extrication, SAR, water rescue, rope rescue and other types of technical rescue.
- Michigan Search Dog Association
- The Michigan Search Dog Association is a all volunteer staffed association that is seeking highly motivated people to fill positions within our association. Our primary purpose is to provide trained FEMA Certified canine search teams to local, state and federal governmental agencies during times of disaster.
Currently fewer than 150 FEMA Certified disaster search teams exist in the United States. Since the events of September 11th. 2001 the President of the United States along with the Homeland Security and Protect Act are currently calling for 300 teams nation wide. To the best of our research, there are currently no FEMA Certified disaster search teams within Michigan.
Our goal is to bring together individuals who share our vision in providing the highest level of front line first responder K9 response search services to the citizens of Michigan.
