Atlanta Squad 4 Firefighter Matt Moseley is carried by a 70 foot long rope from the bottom of a Department of Natural Resources helicopter. He has just removed a stranded operator from the top of a 220-foot-high steel construction crane exposed to heavy flames. The massive fire consumed the Fulton Bag and Cotton Mill and spread to several surrounding buildings on April 12, 1999. See page 44 for the complete story and page 54 for recognition in the Firehouse Heroism & Community Service Awards program.
