Fire Department; Firefighter Johnny McKinley, 54 of the Pine Hill, AL, Volunteer
Fire Department, who died in the line of duty, January 2001; and Firefighter
Bret Tarver, 41, of the Phoenix Fire Department, who died in the line of duty,
March 2001.
