Clark, 46, of the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department; Firefighter James Smith, 63, of the Troy, IN, Volunteer Fire Department; and Captain Tom Kistler, 53, of Polk County Fire District 1 in Independence, OR, all of whom died in the line of duty, March 2003.
