Collins III, 36, of the Donalsonville, GA, Fire Department; Firefighter James “Matt” Periera, 41, of the Guam Fire Department; Firefighter Melinda “Mindy” Ohler, 46, of the San Francisco Fire Department; and Captain Joseph Rotherham, 46, of the Springfield, IL, Fire/Rescue Department, all of whom died in the line of duty, January 2003.
