Apparatus operator Denny Waite works on the roof of a large, one-story single-family dwelling during a fire in the Encino section of the City of Los Angeles, CA, on Nov. 14, 1995. The fire originated on the first floor and extended into the attic. Twelve companies extinguished the fire in 51 minutes. Damage was estimated at $600,000.
