On This Month's Cover:

Bradford Township, PA, Volunteer Firefighter David Moonan places the first 13¼4-inch attack line into operation after arriving at the scene of this fully involved 11¼2-story home. Four engines and 22 firefighters responded to the 2:25 A.M. alarm on July 16, 2001, and were assisted by 15 firefighters from the Corydon Township, Derrick City and Lewis Run volunteer fire departments. An investigation by Bradford Township fire and police officials along with the Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal’s Office continues into the suspicious fire. There were no injuries and the structure was a total loss. Two nearby structures sustained exposure damage.
