Buffalo, NY, Firefighters Tom Sullivan and Tom Jackson of Truck 11 - who had just come from a fire that killed Buffalo Firefighter Michael Sequin two hours earlier - now help engine companies hook up at a well-involved 2-1/2 story occupied market with apartments located above. It took firefighters from four engine companies and three trucks to control the arson blaze. The fire occured on July 4, 1997.
