Los Angeles City Fire Deparment Task Force 33 was the first unit to arrive at a major-emergency structure fire in the South-Central neighborhood on August 22, 1998. The photo shows a firefighter with a power saw cutting security gates as heavy fire blows out of the large commercial building.
