An FDNY tower ladder operates at "Ground Zero" a few days after the terrorist attack at the World Trade Center in New York on Sept. 11, 2001. This is all that is left of one of the 110-story-high towers after the collapse. Firefighters continue to search the debris for missing firefighters, police officers and civilians.
