Woman, Firefighters Hurt in Ohio Trailer Fire

MIAMI TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Two firefighters and an elderly woman were injured Tuesday while battling a blaze at a Miami Township trailer home. The woman, whose name was not released, was conscious when she was taken to University Hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. Both firefighters were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital at Western Ridge to be examined for smoke inhalation.

Both firefighters were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital at Western Ridge to be examined for smoke inhalation.

The fire started about 1:15 p.m. at a home in the Edgewater Mobile Home Park in the 4600 block of East Miami River Road.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
