Baltimore Fire Vehicle Involved in 3-Car Crash

BALTIMORE -- A Baltimore Fire Department vehicle was involved in a three-vehicle crash late Thursday morning. The crash happened in the 3500 block of Sinclair Lane in the northeast part of the city near Archbishop Curley High School. Fire officials told 11 News that three medic units were sent to the scene, and at least one person had to be extricated from one of the cars. There's no word yet on injuries or how the crash happened.

Fire officials didn't say if the emergency vehicle was responding with its lights and siren activated.

City police are investigating.
