Nashville Firefighter Shocked Battling House Fire

NASHVILLE, Tenn. --A Nashville firefighter was injured Tuesday morning while battling a house fire in south Nashville.

A Nashville firefighter was injured Tuesday morning while battling a house fire in south Nashville.

The home on Corning Drive and Welshwood Drive caught fire around 2:30 a.m. A firefighter was shocked by a live wire and taken to Vanderbilt Hospital to be treated for his injuries. He is expected to be OK.

No one was home at the time of the fire. The house is a complete loss.
