Four People Hurt in Tenn. Apartment Complex Fire

MORRISON, Tenn. --

A Warren County apartment complex caught fire early Wednesday morning, injuring four people, damaging eight units and displacing 14 residents.

The blazed happened at the Lakeview apartments at about 1:40 a.m. Two of the four people were taken to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, according to Warren County Sheriff Jackie Matheny.

One woman jumped out of her apartment and broke her leg. All of the displaced residents are staying with relatives.

Two residents said they believe the fire started inside one of the upper apartments of the building. Overnight storms hit about an hour after the fire started. It is unclear what caused the blaze.
