PITTSBURGH --
A firefighter is recovering after being injured at a Hazelwood house fire.
Fire crews said flames were spotted coming from a home on Flowers Avenue on Tuesday night.
Firefighters said the fire had spread to the roof by the time they arrived at the scene.
Officials said a firefighter suffered minor burns to his face while fighting the fire and a dog died in the fire.
Investigators are still looking into the cause of the fire.
