Florida Firefighter Hurt at Moose Lodge Fire

JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- The Moose Lodge in Jacksonville Beach was heavily damaged by fire Friday morning. Firefighters said heavy smoke could be seen from the outside of the building on Eighth Street North, though there was no visible damage on the exterior of the building. Firefighters said one Jacksonville Beach fireman was injured, but it's unclear how badly he was hurt. Four Jacksonville Fire Rescue units were called to assist with the fire. The cause of the fire is unknown.

The Moose Lodge in Jacksonville Beach was heavily damaged by fire Friday morning.

Firefighters said heavy smoke could be seen from the outside of the building on Eighth Street North, though there was no visible damage on the exterior of the building.

Firefighters said one Jacksonville Beach fireman was injured, but it's unclear how badly he was hurt.

Four Jacksonville Fire Rescue units were called to assist with the fire.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
