NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -- Eight people were injured Monday in a collision involving a bus and a fire truck. Reports indicate the fire truck was turning into its station when hit was struck by the bus, according to WVEC.com.

Nine people on the bus refused treatment.

There were no reports of firefighter injuries.
