Missouri FFs Hurt in Fire Truck Wreck

A fire truck crash in Missouri early Sunday left six firefighters injured, one seriously.The crew was enroute to a call when the wreck occurred, according to STLLive.com The fire engine's right tires dropped off the right side of the road. The driver, Charles E. Farr, 30, apparently overcorrected, causing the pumper to veer off the road and flip, the station reported.Farr was flown by helicopter to St. John's Mercy Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries.The other firefighters, who ranged from 19 to 45, suffered minor injuries.
