Minnesota FF Pulled From Hole at Blaze

NEW HOPE, Miin. --A West Metro firefighter had to be rescued after he fell through a hole during a blaze at an apartment building yesterday afternoon, according to The Star Tribune.The firefighter was injured in the incident on the third story of the building and was pulled out by his comrades. He was transported to North Memorial Medical Center and was treated and released.

The firefighter was injured in the incident on the third story of the building and was pulled out by his comrades. He was transported to North Memorial Medical Center and was treated and released.

The fire at Crystal Towers on 5705 Quebec Avenue North was reported at approximately 3 p.m. after flames were seen coming out of a window.

No one was in the apartment and the rest of the building was evacuated as crews battled the blaze, according to the report.

The fire was under control about 4:15 p.m. Investigators are working to determine the cause.
