GRANDVIEW, Mo. --
Fire crews said 10 people were treated for injuries after a two-alarm apartment fire in Grandview on Saturday.
Firefighters said smoke and flames were visible from a second-floor unit when they arrived at the Cloverleaf Apartments at 14542 S. U.S. Highway 71 just after 5 p.m.
Investigators said the fire appears to have been deliberately set.
All of the victims, five of whom were children, were treated for their injuries at the scene.
Crews said as many as three dozen people may have been displaced by the fire.
The Red Cross has been helping the families find a new place to stay.
