    Heavy Equipment Makes Path in Snow For Apparatus to Pa. Warehouse Fire

    PITTSBURGH --   Thick, black smoke belched out of a burning Lawrenceville warehouse Wednesday, and firefighters had to battle snowy road conditions to get there. The fire broke out on 39th Street near the train tracks down from the Allegheny River at about 12:30 p.m. Bobcats and graders were brought to the fire scene to plow the way for fire trucks.     The cause of the fire is not known yet.
