PITTSBURGH --   Thick, black smoke belched out of a burning Lawrenceville warehouse Wednesday, and firefighters had to battle snowy road conditions to get there. The fire broke out on 39th Street near the train tracks down from the Allegheny River at about 12:30 p.m. Bobcats and graders were brought to the fire scene to plow the way for fire trucks. Thick, black smoke belched out of a burning Lawrenceville warehouse Wednesday, and firefighters had to battle snowy road conditions to get there.

The fire broke out on 39th Street near the train tracks down from the Allegheny River at about 12:30 p.m.

Bobcats and graders were brought to the fire scene to plow the way for fire trucks.

Nobody was working inside the building when the fire started and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is not known yet.
