JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --

A 21-year veteran Jacksonville firefighter facing bribery charges has pleaded guilty.

They said while doing that, Foote would trade favors, accepting cigarettes and cash and also sex in exchange for easy treatment of the inmates.

Foote has been sentenced to two years of probation, 100 hours of community service, $1,500 in fines and mandated retirement from Jacksonville Fire and Rescue.
